Cowon D2

Cowon D2 is the portbale media player with touchscreen. Cowon D2 use 2.5", 24 bit (16 million) color, 320 x 240, TFT-LCD. Beside playing audio, Cowon D2 can play movie and look photo too.

Many format audio support Cowon D2. Cowon D2 can play MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA, FLAC, APE, WAV, AAC (only on older firmware versions. Movie format which can play in Cowon D2 is # MPEG4-SP (DivX, XviD, ...), WMV9 - 320 x 240, 30fps.
Cowon D2 weigh is 91g, very veru ultra portable. To enlarge capacity, Cowon D2 use SD/SDHC slot, so you can use your memory card.
Now about the sound, Cowon D2 has a good sound. Very analityc, and transparant. The headphone out is better than ipod, if you use direct from media player to ear/headphone. But if you use line out ipod is the winner, cowon haven't line out.
Cowon D2 sells around $150-$180, depending on size ( 4gb or 8gb ). With this price u can get ipod video 30gb or 60gb, or ipod classic.

Advantages : Touchscree, ultra portable, FM radio, SD/SDHC slot, good SQ via headphone out
Disadvantages : no line out, expensive, small capacity
